Checked brew shed. Â Rodents got into one of my grain bags. Â Moved grain barrel to the basement. Â Made a starter for brewing. US05 yeast. Beer Tools for blonde ale recipe.
What to brew?  I need to do a starter for later this week.  I’ve got yeast for a blonde ale, kolsch, or wit. I need to do a lighter beer.  My last two were an 8% IPA and a 9.5% Belgian Pumpkin. These beers are not for the Coors Light crowd.  I need at least one easy beer on tap.
I’m thinking of doing the blonde ale at about 4.5 to 5%.
Brewed an IPA from the last of the grains. Â I will need to make an expensive trip to my local homebrew shop next weekend.
