Brew Log

Bottling. cleaning kegs. and moving beer around. Gearing up to homebrew this week. Gotta do a starter of English ale yeast.

Brewed a hefe. 1.055. Used some of the remainder to start S-04 for English beer.

Transferred 10 gallons of pale ale. 5 to secondary. 5 to keg for forced carbonation.

Making a starter. 6 gallons of 1.035 starter to be canned into half gallon mason jars. I have plans and supplies for 6 new brews.

brew store today for 4 new fermentation buckets. Old ones are scratched. Don’t want beer to get infected.

Brown from secondary to keg. Other brown from primary to secondary. No dry hop. Very prominent chocolate taste.
