Recipe Notes
Three cans of pumpkin. Half in the mash. Half in the boil.
Batch Notes
This batch is thick in the mash and thicker in the boil. Be careful not to get it stuck.

Prepared to brew last night. Started feeling sick around noon. Came home around 2:30pm. Gutting through the brew so I can be done around 8pm. I have meetings tomorrow starting at 10am

Cleaned some buckets and my mash coolers. Boiled 15 gallons of a vinegar and water solution to remove the beer stone buildup in my keggle. Vinegar is nearly as effective as TSP. It is a lot less caustic. Shiny clean.
Formulated a pumpkin ale using QBrew.

Went to Wal-mart at lunch. Two propane exchanges and green scrubbers. Need to get the beer stone buildup off my kettle to brew tomorrow.
