Brew

Prepared to brew last night.  Started feeling sick around noon.  Came home around 2:30pm.  Gutting through the brew so I can be done around 8pm.  I have meetings tomorrow starting at 10am

Cleaned the brew kettle

Cleaned some buckets and my mash coolers.  Boiled 15 gallons of a vinegar and water solution to remove the beer stone buildup in my keggle.  Vinegar is nearly as effective as TSP.  It is a lot less caustic.  Shiny clean.

Formulated a pumpkin ale using QBrew.

Wal-mart Run

Went to Wal-mart at lunch.  Two propane exchanges and green scrubbers.  Need to get the beer stone buildup off my kettle to brew tomorrow.
